Matterport 3D Showcase

Using Matterport€™s end-to-end 3D imaging platform, consisting of the Matterport Pro Camera, 3D Showcase and cloud processing we provide viewers with an immersive experience of listings, creating a much more realistic environment that home shoppers can engage with online.
By placing the Matterport Camera in many locations, it uses multiple lasers to capture 3D data and measurements. That data is then processed in their cloud servers providing a final product featuring a dimensionally accurate, high-definition model of the listing that can be navigated with the click of a mouse or cursor key.

Aerial Drone Photography/Videography

The use of drones are rapidly becoming integrated in a variety of fields. Whether you want raw HD footage, still frames, or an edited compilation, we can provide this for you. Video montage ranges from 1-3 minutes with appropriate music.
$100 add-on with iGuide or Matterport package. (allow 24-48 hours extra turn around for video add-on)

$200 for drone only.

Additional needs such as voice over, actors, or interview are possible. Call for a quote.

Terms and Conditions

  • Tours should be scheduled at minimum 24 hours in advance.
  • We do not take responsibility for weather conditions.
  • Prices listed are for properties up to 3,000SF.  For properties larger than 3,000SF, additional charges of $0.075/SF (iGuide Basic), .10/SF (iGuide Premium) and $0.085/SF (Matterport 3D Showcase).
  • If included, basement counts towards 3,000SF limit.
  • Appointment can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 4 hours prior, otherwise $25 cancellelation charge will apply.  This will also be applied if the photographer can not start shooting within 15 minutes of the appointment start time.

First Time Customers

  • Headshot image with a minimum height of 250 pixels
  • Brokerage/Company name

  • Whether or not you would like to include the basement.  This does count toward 3,000SF limit.
